System Management

  • Log in
  • Use a web browser and enter the login link.
  • Enter the provided User and Password information.
  • Select Sign me in.

Homepage UI #

  • This page will display all extensions of the company.

Create a new Web Account #

  • Select User Management Tab – Select Web Account – click “Add New”
  • Enter the necessary informations
  • Username : System login name. ( Mandatory )
  • Password : Login password. ( Mandatory )
  • First Name & Last Name ( Optional )
  • Role : In the following order ( Supervisor Group > Admin Group > Reception Group > Agent Group )
    • Supervisor Group : Supervise the entire company.
    • Admin Group : Listen to the company’s recordings.
    • Agent Group : Listen to an agent’s recordings.
    • Reception Group : Not used
  • CRM User ID : Leave blank
  • Extension : Specify which agent when creating Agent Group permission.
  • Select OK to create.

Extension creation #

  • At User Management tab – Select Sip Endpoint then select “Add New”
  • Endpoint : extension number ( from 3 đến 4 digits ) ( Mandatory )
  • Name : User name or number similar to Endpoint ( Mandatory )
  • Password : Extension password ( Mandatory )
  • Outbound Caller ID : Select outbound call number for extension ( Optional )
  • Time out : Extension’s ring time ( example : 20 seconds) ( Optional )
  • Account Code : Extension’s PIN code ( Optional )
  • Pickup Group : Group to pickup calls ( Optional )
  • Record : Enable/Disable voice recording ( Optional )
  • VM password : Voice recording password (Mandatory )
  • Select OK to create.

Note : If you want to change the Extension’s password you just need to Edit the password section above.

PIN Creation #

Step 1: Log in to your account.

  • Select User Management -> PIN.

Step 2: Select Add New

Step 3: Enter the required informations

  • Name : PIN name (can be number or letters)
  • PIN : PIN number ( 4 digits )
  • PIN Type : PIN code calling form and its authority in ascendin order.
  • Local : Calls within the same province/city.
  • Intercity and mobile: Calls to other provinces/cites and mobile numbers.
  • VAT : Calls to value-added numbers (Ex: 1900 , 1800).
  • International : Calls to foreign countries’ numbers.
  • Balance : Amount limit allowed for this PIN.
  • Billing Method : Administration method of PIN. (If you pay in advance, Balance will not be able to call anymore; Postpaid, you can still call normally but Balance will deduct negative money)
  • Select OK

After adding the PIN, proceed to the Sip Endpoint section to add it to the extension.
